協達自2004年發表新產品PSR系列，並獲得專利認證以來，獲得了業界的廣大認同與使用，在目前台灣極為熱絡的輪組市場中扮演極重要的角色，更獲得知名品牌MAVIC的使用，在新的一年，協達更是精益求精，將目前製造的the Triple butted spoke升千級至the Quadro butted spoke。 The Quadro butted spoke利用協達專有的專利冷鍛技術將鋼絲的彎頭處強化強度，此加工方式有效的提升鋼絲的抗疲勞性達2-3倍，但鋼絲仍維持原重量。此the Quadro butted spoke為一新鋼絲名詞，協達已註冊專有。
SHA-DAR has marketed the PSR series since 2004. The PSR series has already been certified and patented. The PSR series commands a good reputation in the bike industry and plays an important role in the wheel parts market, and is specially favored by Mavic – the well-known brand.
At the beginning of this year, SHA-DAR improved on its current products with the Triple butted spoke. This came out as the Quadro butted spoke (patented by SHA-DAR).
The Quadro butted spoke is strengthened in density by SHA-DAR’s unique cool pressing process. Cool pressing efficiently upgrades its anti-fatigue characteristics two to three times and the weight of spoke remains the same.
除此The Quadro butted spoke，協達亦將於2006年台北秀發表其他新產品。包含全新的The PSR Carbon spoke、鈦鋼絲的全新黑色表面處理，以及與台灣耐落公司合作生產的輻帽proluck系統。
During the 06 Taipei Cycle Show, in addition to the Quadro butted spoke, SHA-DAR will promote other innovative new products — the PSR Carbon spoke, a titanium spoke with a whole new black finish and Proluck spoke systems which were developed in cooperation with the SELF-LOCKING FASTENERS company, of Taiwan. |
